  • Up to 90 minutes of one-on-one time

  • An open discussion on the history of the injury, why/how it happened, and other factors influenced perpetuating symptoms

  • Full movement assessment (global movement patterns and local impairments)

  • Orthopedic examination of local area with evidence-based special tests

  • Developmental stability assessment

  • Tests for specific populations and/or video analysis

  • Education on results of assessment and current state of health

  • Discussion on plan of care

  • Collaboration between patient and provider to set goals and corrective strategies

  • Initial treatment to start decreasing pain and resolving impairments

  • Up to 60 minutes
  • Re-assessment of symptoms, physical impairments, and global movement

  • Treatment tailored to you and your personal goals and individual movement style

  • Manual Therapy and Hands on Care
