We have a passion for yoga and have been practicing for over 15 years.  While we can’t necessarily do this (link to something ridonculous) , we do have a thorough training in biomechanics, kinesiology, neurology, and how it integrates into human movement.  This allows us to view yoga a little differently than most yogis.

While in class, we will often look around the room and see the same error in alignment or form from body to body.  This could be potentially dangerous or maybe just something that’s holding someone back from moving deeper into a pose.  The potential to move deeper into your asanas (physical yoga poses) is limitless.  We can help identify what’s holding you back, and more importantly, show you how to get there safely.
