FMS Movement Screen

We are both trained and have extensive experience in performing the FMS Screen.  This screen is used to identify limitations or asymmetries that put an athlete at risk for injury.  The findings are then used to implement proven interventions to address these impairments.

Why and when would I want an FMS?

  • Pre-season athletes

  • If you are thinking about trying a new sport or activity and are concerned about risk of injury

  • If you are returning to a sport after a long hiatus (say 3 decades?)

  • If you have reached a plateau in your training and want to reach another level
