How To Dose Exercise Properly

One of the most common exercise mistakes with exercise is in the dosage.

Some people go way too hard and overtrain.

Others are too cautious and undertrain.

Add in the fact that there are millions of variables on a given day (stress, sleep, diet, mood, movement, etc.) that will influence how we feel, and it can make it difficult to find the right exercise.
